James Gonzalez is a seasoned business leader, pastor, and international non-profit leader. He commenced his journey after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was commissioned as an engineer officer, leading soldiers in combat operations. Transitioning from military service, James steered various business units, specializing in change management, process excellence, and organizational rehabilitation.

 

Sara Gonzalez is a Real Estate Investor, Property Manager, Wife, and Mother of six children. Over the course of two decades she has balanced her professional career and development with the needs of a large family. Throughout that time she has developed skills and tools that enable people to navigate difficult interpersonal dynamics and maintain work/life balance.

 

In 2020, James and Sara felt a calling to transition from the business world to full-time vocational ministry. They subsequently embraced the role of a missionaries in Southeast Asia, where they realized that the needs for organizational help are just as prevalent in the non-profit sector as they are in the business world.

Chiastic Ministries emerged from James and Sara’s synthesis of invaluable lessons and skills acquired across diverse environments.
